*New Years Resolutions*

I have a Confession- I.AM.A.FOOD.ADDICT!!! I mean... major bad. Some people struggle with Alcohol, shopping, or drugs.. mine is FOOD!! I'm constantly thinking about the next sweet i can put in my mouth.. i want all the bread, all the butter, and all the cheese and sour cream one can tolerate! I had a ROCKIN trainer back in Oregon, for the last 3 years, but here in Ga, forget it.. im not payin that kind of money and NO ONE compares to my Tina- Well, i'll admit, i have been slackin HARD core since i moved here and been enjoying the southern food a little more than i should. They aren't kiddin when they call it comfort food. Ya'll, my food pyramid is FLIPPED upside down. i seem to think that every meal needs to be some kind of sweet, and then maybe i'll eat some more things as a side dish. I was in THE BEST shape i have EVER been when i was 9 mo preggers almost 2 years ago with my 10 lb, 6 3/4 oz child!! WHat is my problem?! I have told myself that i have gotten out of hand!! i think everything has turned into marshmallow! Funny.. as i walked around the grocery store today, i SWEAR to you, i saw 2 endcaps of marshmallow cream and then displays of it on the bakery isle.. UH.. see.. they are talking to me and telling me to TONE UP!
So.. i uploaded some new tunes on my IPOD, (found $40 dollas worth of itunes gift cards from LAST christmas)since the last time they had been changed was all Highschool musical- this time, i went for a little lady Gaga, Britney and some good ol' Lue Bega ( remember HIM back in '99? Mambo Number 5?!) I hit it so hard at the gym tonight, with an hour cardio - i ran/walked on an incline and busted my chops, man.. i feel sorry for the persons behind me that had to see it all move - Think Kim Kardashian, or J-Lo- - I worked it SO hard, twice i almost threw up. THAT's what you call a GOOD workout.. bust it, til you feel like you're gonna burst!
I am doing my best to cut out sweets, and dairy- i will start journaling to really See what i shove into my mouth- could be scary!!! But i am determined to get back on my healthy living kick. I refuse to be a lazy mom, and guys.. i have my best friends wedding to be in MAY, as the Matron Of Honor and dont want to look back on pics and go.. EWWWWWWWWWWWWW! and Hilton Head island is calling my name this summer!!!

What's your Resolution?

**Dad Update**

Thank you to all who prayed for my dad- i was literally sick to my stomach and shaking tonight thinking of my dad having to go thru surgery, and had already mentally prepped what i needed to get together to fly out there. He had his CT scan and DID have bleeding on his brain but it has stopped. Due to this, he has permanent peripheral vision loss in his left eye, but like he says : he can learn to live with it. We are all thankful for this news!! There is a 3rd specialist that will be looking at the CT results just to go over them and make sure that everything has been looked over in detail. Thank you, Jesus for answering prayers and once again all of you that took the time to pray for him!!
We love you, Dad! Keep off those dang ladders, and if you DO decide to climb them again, put some kind of foam ball pit below so the crash landing is a bit softer!

*PLEASE PRAY!!!*

A few weeks ago my dad was working on some outdoor things on his house and was using a ladder- he was by himself and the leg of the ladder buckled and he fell literally on his head hitting pavement and was knocked out cold. He had a funky taste in his mouth- and the next day flew on business to Idaho. This was a few weeks ago. Now, if you know my dad, he is TERRIFIED of any dentist or Dr. His vision has gone blurry and today he went to his eye Dr. they believe he has had bleeding on the brain and sent him RIGHT NOW to have a CT scan to see if there is still bleeding. If there is, he will have to have brain surgery- PLEASE PLEASE put him in your prayers. I believe that prayer is a miraculous thing and that God hears all and heals all. I will keep you posted as i am- but as you can imagine being so far away on the complete opposite side of the US, i'm terrified and can ONLY put my faith in God to heal. Thank you for your prayers!

Pillowcase dresses - i *HEART* them!!

i know for all you West Coasties, you have not heard of these, cause i didnt and the first time i saw them, i fell in LOVE with them! They are made out of pillowcases, and or just fabric and then made as a dress, and then as the girls grow, they become a shirt..
Well, i find out this sweet girl that goes to our church MAKES THEM and does tons of other things- she suprises me at church one week and GIVES ME ONE FOR QUIN! do i love it?! Well, ya.. i cant stop staring at it! i even took my pink and red striped baby legs and put them on, but here in GA it got a little too hot, so we just made it a pretty dress.
Go on Nicky's webpage and check out her stuff, its absolutely adorable and i guarantee you will LOVE it!
