*Week Wrap up*

Hi, Everyone!!!
Another week has come and gone- and its almost OCTOBER!!! I cant believe it! We had many fun things that happened during our weekend so i have a few pics to show-

Friday morning, luke and i were each doing our own thing, so Quin thought she'd follow suit and do her own thing- her idea of a good thing is ALWAYS something mischevious, which you will see the idea of the day was getting into her daddy's wallet. This girl really hasn't been taught about money or shopping yet, which makes me think, are girls bred with some kind of gene that knows what money and a MANS wallet is?! ;)

Friday afternoon, luke was itchin for a fishin' so he took lex into the walmart, bought a fishin' license, a little chair for lex who is terrified of fire ants and some worms (which still sit in my fridge today- friggin sick)


After hours of fishing, lex came home and put this shower hat on, told me she looked like the lunch ladies at her school- reminds me of the movie 'Coneheads'.

Saturday night brought on "sleepover in the family room". We have this blow up bed that is lex's fav- but only allowed to sleep in it on fri and sat when she doesnt have school in the morning- a special moment i captured-


Look at this lil' Nugget i found- grocery shopping with his mommy in his DIAPER and shirt. i think he MAY have been 3 tops- sad.

Lex is learning about 'Johnny Appleseed' at school- her project was to go to the store, pick out an apple, weigh it, and write down things in the store that were made with apples- she tried BUYING everything made with apples, but i put a stomp on that idea!

Have to tell you the funniest thing- many of you dont know, but the Club Car is made in GA.!!! Our church is located by a golf course community, so many people drive their golf cars to church- i really think half of the town has them! Its a kick and now luke has a new toy he wants in the near future!!
Keep Luke in your prayers- he has had many eye problems in the past and starting Sat his right eye became inflamed- it got so bad yesterday it was completley cherry red and he wasnt able to sleep last night. He will be going to the eye Dr. today to get it checked out.

Yes, peeps, I AM ALIVE!!

WHERE have i been ya'll ask?! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllll... hmmmmm.. i just was lazy a few days last week and then we went to our favorite little place in SC last weekend. Then, once we came home i came down with some sort of bug. I still have it, but am well enough to put up some pics and holla at cha!! Hold on and bear with me, this is a L-O-N-G blog, but every pic is well worth it. I'm kinda known for the fun pics!!

I'm always the one TAKING pics, so finally turned the camera on me, cause most people arent psychotic like me and take pics of everything that goes on in life.

Did you know Luke and Christian are BUMS?! ya.. they like to dig thru trash as a recreational activity- ACTUALLY, truth be told, little miss Lexi lost ANOTHER tooth (that would be her 7th) on the way home from church. she put it in a ziploc bag at the end of the counter. Jess and i made dinner that night and cleaned up--- SOMEONE, not naming names.... (JESSIE) misplaced it, so as parents dug thru the trash. i did too, promise.

..And the outdoor trash- my job was to hold the flashlight and laugh in this picture.

AND WE FOUND IT!!! wanna know where? Jess had put the ziploc BACK in the clean ziploc drawer- who would've known?!

OK.. brace yourselves for the next pics. One of my fav things of SC is to go to the Jockey lot. This place is southern and ghetto! Hundreds of cement tables up on cinderblocks and they sell everything from bras, to food, to books to animals. you never know what you're going to find and i love to go and see the people and the junk they sell.

Lex and luke petting a dog- seriously, there are hundreds of any kind of breed possible here- i think many of these dogs are puppy mill dogs, and they have chickens too.. it makes me ill walking thru here! But in this pic this lady is a licensed breeder. BUT, i didnt give in. no more dogs for awhile!

Found a first class southern citizen- i think she applied at Nordstrom last week-

I love the fact that my kid is wearing an ED HARDY tank, but is more excited about her 2 dolla piece of crap watch she bought!!

Oh, yes... you are seeing it right- you can buy a PACK o' BRAS for 10 dolla- i bought 2 packs.. KIDDING

And, when i sit on a toilet, i've always wanted to see THIS in a bathroom- WHY ON EARTH would you WANT to draw attention to the toilet bowl brush?!! CLASSY & TACKY all in one!

Yes, you see alot of Dogs!! No, we're not dog hoarders, and we dont need OPRAHS help! We meet Jess and Christian at her parents house. She has 2 yorkies, we have one, Christian has a chocolate lab and her parents have 2 !!! insane!! but.. they live on acreage, so there's always plenty of room for us all.

Enough eating out!!! We're totally out of food cause i'm too scared to go to walmart myself after the stalking incident (what i didnt blog is that it happened to some girls just last week- i'm buggin now!- next shopping trip i need to make a mental note and buy some MACE!) So i make luke go shopping with me. We're on our way to do errands and we're at a light and luke goes: "there's mark, to the right." HOLY COW! i look next to me and see this guy that is my dads twin! i rummaged thru my purse to get my cell phone.. that's less obvious than whipping out a camera and taking a pic of a car next to you! So, that's why its dark- but dad, dont you think he looks like you!?!?!?!?

One of our errands today consisted of going to get LUKE a new license- i was too busy talking to my girlfriend on my phone, and i didnt want to get all my paperwork together to get mine- i'm just lazy. SO, folks, he had to surrender his OREGON id and now he's the proud new owner of a GEORGIA license.. all the good info is covered for all those ID HACKER FREAKS out there- you know who you are.

Lex really wants to play sports and told me she wanted to do : "like 3." But, being that she's in advanced classes and already has 1 hour of homework a day (oh man, the homework is gonna get ugly in H.S. if its already an hour!) i told her that if she's in AP classes, she can only have 1 sport. She chose CHEERLEADING- everyone that's met me AFTER highschool, thought i was a cheerleader in H.S.- maybe its cause i'm loud, or maybe its cause i'm obnoxious- but i was never a cheer girl. i was a DORK in H.S. that went to games and watched hotties like SHALYSE cheer and thought, gosh i wish i were her. So, now.. little lex gets to be one of those girls. i dunno about this.. we've been in ballet for 3 years, so cheer is way different. Its thru the "Y" and she'll be cheering at Flag football games!!! Keep posted for pics of the games!! (they are REAL BIG on the BIG BIG hair bows here!!,, so i can only imagine what lex's hair will look like!)
P.s.- was just listening to some of Jessica Simpsons new songs.. i kinda like!!

Just another Manic monday!!

I think Quin has hit the terrible 2's already- if she doesnt get her way, or gets scolded, she throws a fit-- and this is what it looks like. Do i have my camera sitting there when it happens, you ask? No... they last so long, i have time to power up the camera and take 5 shots WHILe she's doing it and when she sees i'm taking a picture, she gets MORE ticked and cries louder and longer-

I had to call the Dr. today- she's been complaining of her feet hurting.. she'll be walking, sit down and say :" OW.. its both feet.. random. And this has been going on for 2 wks. we cant figure it out, so we go to the Dr. and do you know what he says?-- "In my 21 years in practice, i've never seen something like this before." ohhhhhhhhhhhhh.. nice.. so what, you think i'm one of those mothers that just likes to be at the Dr. Office cause i have mental issues and have that syndrome where moms go to the DR. to get attention?!!! they did blood work on her and that's perfect, so if it continues another 2 wks, we'll have to go in for x-rays- i'm baffled, that's fo sho! POOR LITTLE PIGGIES

Lex now has Good news club after school in her gym on tuesdays- for those of you that dont know what that is, its a fun little club put on thru a Christian organization that teaches kids about Jesus and makes it fun- BUT.. most clubs are in peoples backyards, so when i received something home from school that it was AT HER SCHOOL, i about fell over. WHAT school in Salem would do this on school grounds?! Anyway, after that i found out she had a fundraiser for her school at some pizza joint. i asked some random 300+ lb lady with her Belly hanging out of her shorts ( NO LIE) if this place was good and her response was "oh, its delicious, its like an all you can eat buffet and if they dont have the pizza you want, you just ask them to make it for you." (of course she would know that)i H*A*T*E buffets with a passion- GERMS ,GERMS, GERMS!!!.. but i decided to go anyways.
On our way, i spot THIS nissan Altima out of the corner of my eye. Girlfriend was in a hurry to get somewhere because she was lane hopping like every 10 seconds but wasnt getting ahead at all. I first noticed the SIDE MIRROR missing on the right, then NO REAR VIEW MIRROR.. THEN.. NO TAIL LIGHT!!! THEN.. i look at her license plate and i *WISH* i could have zoomed in on it better. I - KID - YOU - NOt, on a piece of CARDBOARD!!!, it said :" Tags aplied for" . In GA. license plates are called Tags. Dude, she cant spell "applied" right, and with all those other things wrong with your car, you think if i was a cop i wouldnt pull you over and that i would believe that you had applied for your plates?!!

After getting to this pizza joint, we eat and lex plays at the arcade.. major watered down version of bullwinkles. i gave her 5 bucks for tokens and she gets like 1.00 worth of CRAP!

This is a look at the clouds tonight.. alot of lightning, but no thunder- that's in the apartment above me where a lady and her military husband lives. If she was in the military, i think they kicked her out cause she's so dang loud, the enemy would hear her and get them all killed. The woman i promise you is louder than my 6 year old. she stomps everywhere and i swear to you, runs to the bathroom last min before she loses it. How do i know you ask.? ?? Because EVERY time someone upstairs flushes, i hear it. Isnt that fabulous?! I dont know WHAT on earth she does all day- no kids, just a 26 lb. cat that's shaved to look like a lion with a mane and a big poof on the tail- - - -

Random Sunday

Poor Miss Quin is still battling a bug- its a cold that's gone down into her lungs and her nose is just non-stop. she's been crying and just horrible for days now. so, luke stayed home while Lex and i went to church.
Quin had a banana for breakfast this morning and as i was getting ready, i found her doing THIS! Apparently she's too lazy to pick up her food, so she just eats it like a DOG- for REAL?!

After church, i had a little shut eye and we all ventured out to our ghetto-fabulous Sams club that's due for a remodel.. little side note, it ranks for some of the HIGHEST sales in the SOUTH- woo woo. Quin needed some new diapers- we wanted to grab a bite to eat so randomly came to this burger joint called checkers. WEll, that will be a one time deal- NEVER have i been so sick from food so fast- lord have mercy, i'm thinking it compares to White Castle...

I think the BEST part was before we got to Checkers, we drove thru a parking lot and found this Hoopdy!!H-A-W-T i tell you.. i promise ya'll this place is not ghetto.. i constantly am in search of these fun photo ops!
You better believe that if the owner of this ride was in his car, i would have asked to have a picture take with him and his ride.. i mean, common, who wouldnt want a picture next to this BEAUT!!

the girls are passed out and i'm watching the MTV music awards- i NEVER watch, but i LOVE the music performances-- I cant remember his name but he was singing with lil' wayne-- this guy is LOADED with cash, and his outfit on NATIONAL TV is NO shirt, dreads, a huge chain, UNDERWEAR HANGING out of his pants, that i dont even know how they were staying on and a bandana in the back pocket.. FOR REAL?! i mean, it looked like he was a walking advertisement for WAL*MART!!! And the host of the show is from the UK- he's TERRIBLE! the things coming out of his mouth.. uh.. he BUGS! and his hair.. long with like rats nest, bed head in the back.. and yet.. it is MTV!

A drive thru the H*O*O*D!!

Ok, confession time.. IM BORED STIFF! No friends here really that i hang out with, lex is off to school and i'm in an apartment.. so every day i venture out and look for boutiques- this place is LACKING i tell you! At least in Salem, there were cool boutiques everywhere-- fig, Corkys' Daughter, Spencer's Alley.. Its horrible here.. i've found NOTHING that compares to those. I wont give up the hunt, but man.. i'm feeling like i'm having withdrawls!

I wont go that far without luke because i would FREAK out if i ended up in a bad part of town without him. So today i told him we should go to downtown Augusta, once again being hopeful for my boutiques. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.... wrong again! We drive by the hospital and i realize street by street, the hood is getting more and more close, the cars are getting more and more ghetto, and the Dairy Queen has BARS on the windows.. NOW THIS IS WHAT MY DAD THINKS THE SOUTH IS LIKE! i REALLY wanted pics of people, but really it got so bad i didnt think i should get caught taking pictures, i had the girls in the car. So, enjoy the pictures i DID get. As for more trips down there, the only trips we'll be making there are for the hospital. unfortch, the Dr i go to is there ;/

And someone was feeling left out and had to have her own picture taken, but the greatest part of this pic was, she was posing so hard and trying to be cool, she almost knocked the entire drink onto her sister and herself. i laughed so hard at her!
